Cancellation Policy:

Box Office Hair salon 48-hour Appointment Cancellation. As a courtesy to our other clients and our staff, and to avoid a $25 No-Show Fee, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. (48 hours in advance for extension/weave services, $50 No-Show Fee). This way our stylist is able to rebook the time with another guest and to make sure that you are taken care of as well !

We will require a 50% deposit for future appointments if there is a pattern of last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments.  The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Return Policy:  

Box Office Hair was built on world-class customer service and our performance guarantee. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your service. We are here to meet and hopefully exceed all expectations. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to have you back for a complimentary “re-do” so that you leave feeling happy and confident. All “re-do’s” must be scheduled within 5 days of the service and there will no refunds issued on services.

We are proud of our industry-leading products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But unfortunately, we will be unable to refund products that have been “opened”. Product(s) returned within 7 days of the original purchase that include the original receipt (or can be verified in our system using your email), will be fully refunded via the original of payment.

Guest Policy:

Our waiting area is cozy. Please refrain from bringing more than one additional guest due to our limited available seating. We thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Children:

In order to maintain a relaxing environment, as well as insurance purposes, we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment.

Pets:

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please do not bring pets into our salons.  

Head Lice: 

It is against Box Office Hair Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the Box Office Hair salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
